Kelby J. Klosterman, MS, CSCS
Kelby developed his passion for sport performance while training to be a quarterback as well as an outfielder in college. After spending time in the physical therapy setting from total reconstructive shoulder surgery, Kelby also grew an appreciation for the prevention of injuries. Along with performance enhancement, the importance of prehabilitation and proper movement and function of the muscles and joints within exercise design is of utmost importance.
Kelby has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of North Dakota as well as a Master’s Degree in Exercise and Wellness with a strength and conditioning emphasis from Arizona State University. While at ASU, Kelby was a Sport Performance coach for a Junior College baseball team and an intern for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League.
Kelby’s sports performance specialty is overhead-rotational athletes and he has had success with a broad range of high school, college and professional athletes. He has produced proven results from athletes in baseball, football, volleyball, softball, tennis and water polo among others.
